Can we create our own custom components?

I would like to create my own social nav with links

I would like to create my own music (social nav) with links

Be nice to create once then drag in as needed

-Mike

how would you imagine that looks

Maybe used wrong verbiage - in the same area where menus and footers are ‘dragged’ into the page - have a custom folder for user created content…

I personally would have 5-7 social SVG with links

I would personally have 4 music SVG links

Make sense?

I use the same social and music SVG links over and over….

could you create what you would like that to look like then turn into a template, not tried this, not sure it copies links, might try later drop in the area you are showing

Well - loaded question with workarounds… for me

I used to open previous projects then drag or copy them to the new one - sometimes works

It doesn’t work when social is in the menu don’t know why..

Have to copy it down into the body of the document - then copy paste to another project…

Question why would you want to build a site with socials in menu as if you click on socials your immediately out of you website? I would put them in a frame on site and keep them on your site?

I have them set up to open an external window… want to get more social media exposure to get more traffic…

Many of the sites I go to have social in their menus

Very Nice  I like what you did…

this nicei job by @Doobox might help

ok just had a quick go, set as a custom template (over the top icons), now available in all my projects

Thank you so much !!! 6 am Chicago. Time watched it 5 times on the iPhone :mobile_phone:

Can’t quite see yet - driving the wife to work

Will look closer at home

You seem to be selecting something in the menu…

Hard to see on the small screen…

Sorry I may be being dumb here. So you build a website to showcase you/products/services etc. You then put a link to your social media to get more traffic away from your site and then hopefully they will come back to your site? I can tell you now the majority of people once away from your site who go on social media will stay on social media and continue on there away from your initial link as they will see their friends/notifications/messages etc and then you have lost them from Social link and website. What are you trying to achieve? The number game or real interaction time with your clients?

IMO If you want people to stay with you I would build a landing page with iframes for your website and Social Media links at least that way they are remaining on your site.

Sorry for being so stupid guys - didn’t know you could drag a flex into the ‘menu’

I’m very sorry.

Just didn’t know this one… would’ve save me A LOT of time to know it.

Can’t wait to make my own custom sections that I use all the time…

This is a HUGE time saver for me… I was doing it much differently…

yes - hopefully they will like your products/services and share your company with social media… that is the hope

it seems to be prominent on my tech sites that I visit - to have it in the top menu

whether it works or not - don’t know…

Surely you need a review section?
