I’m really curious to know how that functionality has been coming along since it has been in beta for three months. I’d love to bring a few stacks pages over to my current project to see how it would work in elements. Its just that I figured I’d wait until the process is as streamlined as much as it can be.

I’m not sure how much more we can do on the Import, we bring in all projects settings, page structure and do our best with some of the content, but it’s just not feasible to convert all the outdated stacks.
So, for now that feature has been put on hold, as it has limited usability. Our time right now is better spent on the store and improving the core app.
If you have Classic projects, I’d suggest just going ahead and getting them converted!
Okay, thanks for the update. Also when I convert a classic file over to an elements one does it keep the classic file in tact too? In other words is the end result that I now have two files both my original classic file and the new elements one?
Some of these pages are still going to be kept in classic but there are about 5-7 pages that I figured I can use as a catalyst for a new elements site. These pages are pretty well inline with the feature set that elements currently has so it seemed like they would be a good fit.
