Can you open old RW sites from finder files for me?

I have an old website which doesn’t open on my oldest Mac which runs Mojave. Do you have the ability to open these files and save as RW Classic so I can use them on Tahoe? I’m happy to pay if you are willing to do it!

I have and own RW 4, 8 and Classic. (and I own but can’t begin to figure out elements.) But RW 4 will not open in Mojave. I can load it on a thumb drive and mail it within the US unless you have a. better method.

I also have old dreamweaver files if you are loaded!

PS: Perhaps I just do not remember how to open a website from the finder. When I click on the folder name and see the files within, the word Open never becomes dark, it’s all greyed out. Is there one home file if I click on it, I’ll get the option to open? Sorry, so long since I functioned in this capacity.

PPS: Basically I’m trying to be able to have a sense of how to start to create a website from that old web file. Now that Chili dogs are all gone, where to turn?

Thank you!

Hi @clearstone

Honestly it might be better to just hire someone to recreate your website in Elements. For example @Fuellemann offers that service however I’m not sure how far back he can go in regards to opening ancient RapidWeaver project files. He can let you know though..

If it is a simple site.. I will do it for free in elements and give you the file…

Happy to help…
