Can anyone advise me how I change my Host… I am getting terrible customer support from my current Host “UK2” which I have been with for over 10 years. I haven’t been able to update any of my websites for the past week… I thought it was because of update to 9.3.4…???

I’ve just moved over to Chillidog for hosting my websites from UK2 as I was getting no support as my webpages were not updating. Now that I have moved over to Chillidog I am getting the same problems… websites not updating… checking File Manager it is not updating in cPanel. This only came about I think from when I updated to Classic 9.3.4 anybody else had similar issues???

Can you check and make sure all your pages are not set to Draft, you can find this option in the page inspector…
Hi Dan… yes I’ve checked that it is not in ‘draft’. I added a trial page to upload without success, also deleted stacks from within the page but not removed. Looks okay on preview and Control P but trying to publish it doesn’t want to know…!!!

What’s not updating? Can you link to a page that’s not updating so we can take a look?
If you’d like to jump on a quick Zoom call to try and troubleshoot we can get something scheduled. Maybe you are uploading your site to the wrong folder, or maybe you’ve got some caching enabled somewhere. Just a couple possibilities.
Dan, I’ve attached two screenshots. I added a test page uploaded, upload successful but in file manager file is not there…!!!

Resolved over Zoom. DNS needed to be updated to point to Chillidog Hosting’s nameservers, and then upload paths needed to be changed in RapidWeaver to the correct folders.
