not to Elelments hosting, and I just received an email from Cloudflare with this title:
You’ve been invited to join Mark Spaulding (Elements Hosting Managed Account)
The link seems to be from cloudflare.
Does anyone know what this is about?

The email is legitimate. It is an invitation to join the Managed Cloudflare Account that we set up for you upon account creation. 
In order to join your Managed Cloudflare Account, you’ll want to click the link in the email to accept the invitation >> Create a new password for your new Cloudflare account >> Once logged in click the Orange Cloud icon in the upper left corner of the screen (you might have to click it a few times >> select the account that says (Elements Hosting Managed Account) >> Click the blue “Join” button.
You will then have access to your Managed Cloudflare account.
