Can someone please give me a hint why the online editor is complaining about the resources directory ? No problem with posts..
Hard to tell from just the screenshots, we have seen some other reports of this happening though.
We have an update coming out later today, once that ships hit the “Re-publish all files” and report back if you’re still seeing the issue and we’ll investigate further 
..unfortunately no change (for the better).
The error log might give some clues..else let me know what info you need

The error log was very helpful, thanks for that!
The issue is your server has a php feature disabled.
Could you ask your host to enable PHP fileinfo or remove finfo_open from disable_functions?
Once they’ve done that, log back in to the Online Editor and you should be error free
