CMS dashboard Md file issue

Im using the online CMS editor. I duplicate a record as its easier. I change the values of the md and save.

It doesnt show on the website and i think the issue is this…

There are a couple of values where nothing is entered and it save it with this .

If i edit the file on the server and remove them it displays… also my previous .md files that i created outside of the online cms has “” in the unused tags and they also display fine.

It appears the or even with a space [ ] is breaking it in someway.

@dan is this normal or am i missing something…should i just ad “” to the blank areas?

EDIT… adding a space or “” results in [ ] or [“”] and still doesnt display other than removing them manually it doesnt seem to work

This issue is fixed in Elements 3 — if you’re able to, I’d suggest downloading the latest beta, republishing your site, and you should be good to go :slight_smile:

Thanks Ben,

I have upgraded to 3.06 so I’ll re publish the entire site.

Just purchased CMS Pro but the key doesanr work….I’ll try after republish.

Yes, the license now requires Elements 3, so once you’ve re-published your site you should be good to go!
