Moin moin,
I have a question. I looked at the microblog, especially the point search. I would like to put it on my page. There is the point Search and I have to assign something there
When I do that and upload everything, the following error message appears.
The structure is this
What exactly am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help
PS: If I do it offline, but it won’t work as soon as I upload it
Moin Mike,
your setup looks correct so far. What can lead to the error is the pretty URL switch. Try it again by deselecting it.

Hi Markus,
I just checked both URLs and when I go directly to the post, the ?item= is still there, but when I access it through the search, it’s not.
Please upload the project, I am just sitting at my computer and will have a look

Now it works
IS THERE ANYTHING NEW FROM YOU SOON?
E.g. a complete blog page
Best regards
Mike
PS: I wonder if the CMS search needs a special place? Or can you put it anywhere?

You can place it anywhere
Soon - no - I am working on something big regarding CMS. But there is also a new version of Maximilian and the search function is implemented here.
In my case it was not working within a collection. But this was with Elements 2.4.0 and maybe it is now different.

Correction, it works anywhere on the page… but not in a collection!

Maybe everyone else knows this already, but I just discovered it. The CMS Search component works on any PHP page. It doesn’t have to be on the page that has the collection.
I turned mine into a global and put it on a page without the collection and it works.
