Hello, I’m having a hard time setting up an SFTP publishing setting in RW Elements. Checked my credentials a thousand times but still no connection when I push ‘Test’. Wrong credentials of simply no connection.
And although my FTP setup worked perfectly an hour ago, now I can’t even make a connection to the FTP server any more.
The same issues with Cyberduck.
On the other hand: the file manager at reactor.elementshosting.io gives me full access to everything without any problem.

Regarding your SFTP credentials, it looks like you were not using correct credentials as I see the below errors in the server logs:
Failed password for invalid user
Invalid user
So the SFTP credentials you are trying are not correct.
Since you had multiple failed login attempts, the server automatically blocked your IP address as a security measure.
I’ve gone ahead and unblocked your IP address, and I will follow up with you in a private email regarding your SFTP credentials as those shouldn’t be discussed on a public forum.
