do you have a URL we can take a look at?
I came to that conclusion yesterday. I exported the site to a local folder and it had no email or logs folder. I then copied it onto a xampp PHP server on my Windows PC, and the contact form worked, and ?apicheck worded as well. It created the logs directory and wrote to a log while running, so it appears the missing folders are a dead end, although the logs were not created on the IONOS test site. Back to the drawing board.

Even for a virtual folder I wonder why the console gives a 404 error for this?
I have sent you a private chat with my test site download and credentials.
I found php script in my main site called info.php5. I copied it to my test directory and ran PHP 8.3.24 - phpinfo() .
The script looked like:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>If produced the attached output. It appears PHP is definitely running, so I do not know why ?apicheck fails.

It is not suppose to but nobody seems to have a fix for it adding ?apicheck produces a green all working well but the form does not work. yet the same settings in joeās foundation works perfectly there is one slight difference and that is no-reply@theā¦, instead of graham@theā¦. but I have tried that to and it doesnāt work

You may need to get in touch with the realmac software people, Iāve looked at this and it *appears* the contact is posting to this URL
../rw/elements/com.realmac.corepack/api/email
there is no āemailā folder or file in the /rw/elements/com.realmac.corepack/api/ - so it appears that part of the site is missing.

The logs folder is located at the root of your web server, alongside other top-level folders like index.html, images, or css.

Thanks for posting your log file, that is very helpful.
It appears youāve entered your credentials incorrectly. Specifically your SMTP password.
Can you check thereās no trailing spaces after your password.
Please choose āRe-Publish All Filesā from the Elements File menu.
Hopefully youāll then be up and running.
Still not working for some reason this is the latest app log why it is not todays date I do not Know the password has been carefully copied and pasted from host no spaces .

I will do that however I am publishing from FileZilla as direct from elements doesnāt work and the only way that I can find the log is by clicking through RW core elements Api and then logs
I am now locked out of the server for a while as I have been on it for ages so will try again later but if it is still not working I would like for you to do a screen share to iron out the fault, my host thinks its at your end.
