My latest progress on the Contact form email. To eliminate cross domain being a possible issue, I removed the subdomain test-n1et from the bobsimoneau.com domain, and created a test subdomain under n1et. I ensured that that subdomain is covered by the SSL Certification.
Next I changed all settings on the form to bob@n1et.com, and created that e-mail address
I published all files to test.n1et.com and ran the Preview in Browser with the Contact form and the email sent fine.
Published the site to a folder on my desktop and then copied that N1ET folder to C:\xampp\htdocs\n1et, which is my local PHP 8.3 server. Ran http://localhost/n1et and used the contact form. The mail was sent successfully and the logs at C:\xampp\htdocs\n1et\rw\elements\com.realmac.corepack\api\logs were updated.
Used Filezilla and copied the files from the local server to the IONOS server, the email failed and no log entries were made.
Have you tried another ftp program I use cyberduck, not had any problems with this

I Have decided to remove the website completely and re upload, so will wait and see, a couple of videos to upload so will be a while .
After making the changes to the password spaces and trying to post the emails there was no change to the logs, and I checked and rechecked the password space was no more but it still didn’t work if this doesn’t its back to Joe’s stacks which dis work and his cos which also works a dream. Everything has its pluses and minuses.
That would be a shame you have done a great job in switching your Site to Elements

I have now installed a PHP Server on My mac-mini and Windows 11 computers. I publish to either of the servers, just like my test server on IONOS, the mail on the Contact form fails. Use the be it worked on the Windows sever, now it does not. The only way it works is with Preview in browser in Elements.
Well after deleting my site completely from the server, and re uploading it the email works but as soon as the attachment is added it fails.

From the logs it appears there’s not an attachment in the form, can you share you updated project with us again via Elements Cloud?

A live URL where your publishing the form to would be handy. I found this page on your site, but there’s no Attachment field on the Form. Can you share the URL with us?
I took the attachment off because it just produced the oh no response. But I will put the attachment back tomorrow
You can checkout now it don’t work and I have removed your template and built my own which works without the attachment added. Looking at the backend configuration there is no mention of the attachment on the template one previously used I haven’t checked this but I hazard it isn’t there , but hey what do I know. Should it be?
The project file is too big to share via the cloud surely you can suss out the problem from the live site. I don’t want to keep the site running with a form that doesn’t work , as I said it works without the attachment as soon as that is added it stops. My host has a 100 mb limit and I was able to receive jpg, png, pdf docx files no problem with the former system, so it isn’t host related it runs php8.3
