The Contact Form is very robust now, and in the vast majority of cases, any issues users encounter are due to incorrect SMTP settings being entered for their email provider.

The error on form submissions says email is not enabled for this form.

Yes - I copied exactly those settings.

I spoke with my provider. All settings are correct and SMTP is also enabled.
I can also log in via webmail and send as well as receive emails successfully.

It’s still giving the same error message:
Email is not enabled for this form
Can you create an FTP user for me that I can use to log into your account with and that has access to the web folder where you upload your Elements site to? You can send those FTP login credentials via DM to me here on the forum.
