I have an issue on a website with the contact form, it works fine on one domain but not on another. I raised the issue with Chillidog hosting and got the following response:

this is going to have to go to RealMac to investigate. The settings are correct but it appears to be an issue with their PHP code in Elements. I’ve sent them 1 PHP error log, but there may be another
please reach out to Elements to see if they have any guidance.

Hi @jwDave,
just had a look at your project and seen that you have a Form nested inside a Form — remove the outer Form and everything should start working for you!
