I stumbled upon this by accident. If you go to set up a text link, but then change your mind and click “Set Link” instead of “Cancel”, Elements crashes.
When re-opening the project, I get an error: Couldn’t start the internal web server on 127.0.0.1:1024. - Address already in use. Is there a way to shut the internal server down without having to do a system reboot?

Yes restarting my Mac does fix it. Not a real major issue as it only happens if I accidentally click set link without actually setting one up, so not likely to happen very often.
