How do I save created components to use them in a new project? For example, I create a menu and want to use the menu in a new project. So that it then appears in the component tab.

Yes, this is the menu, but unfortunately the menu shows all links (pages) that you can’t hide. 
yes I said that in the my notes I stripped all that out
I added hide pages, it is still one level deep and no folders, this is very basic and hacked from unfinished menu component, try it, delete if not needed
