When you create a custom component and drop it in a layout, when you click on it you can then enter the code editor to add or edit your code. If the code editor is not open clicking on the icon in the toolbar, as shown below.
Once the editor is open (below the layout editor), clicking on the title for component allows it to be edited.
Looking at your screenshot you obviously create two components but never gave them names in the code editor.
With one of the HTML custom components selected, in a layout, open the code editor, click on the title and rename. Do the same with the other one.
