Thank you for your response. I wish other companies could provide the fast support you do and share their development journey.
In my case the company had attempted to install a security update which prevented my range of html based custom components from accessing data. This affected all their customers. Their support team was totally unaware of the update, sent replacement html code over and over again. It took a long time for the issue to be referred to the person who had undertaken the original work. To access their own website you have to delete their cookies. I hope their customers read the email.
It is now up and running.
It must be nice to work with a team that communicates with each other and your customers.
