this component affects the Elements code and does not add anything visible to the layout but improves the behavior of other functions

Custom Scroll lets you adjust the native browser scrolling behavior in a simple and controlled way. It makes navigation feel smoother and more consistent across your site by tuning speed, inertia, and input response. It works seamlessly with mouse wheel, trackpads, keyboard arrows, and anchor links, improving the overall scrolling experience in an automatic and responsive way.
