Apparently the RW form is not functioning properly to Join the Discount Club 
If anybody wants to join, please just send me a direct email using the contact link at the bottom of the discount codes page, while we repair that! Ughhh!

OK I have removed the built-in RW form and replaced it with a google form.
If you submitted a form before, I most likely did not receive it (I received only a couple) so please, re-send with the new form so you can receive your discount codes.
