Design Prompt - First Run

I personally like H2 (yes you could set H1 sizes - I know)
I personally like lg body font size
You may change as needed

PROMPT:

Elements project currently open. Use the Elements MCP tools.

Site: create a welcoming, refreshing, uncluttered, well spaced.

Propose first, build second. Never build unapproved.

ROUND 1 — Look at the site. Show me 3 distinct design directions.

For each: name, the idea in two lines, type scale, spacing, button
treatment, and what changes on the Home page. No building.

ROUND 2 — I pick one. Apply it to the Home page only, then stop.

ROUND 3 — I approve Home. Roll it out three pages per session,
stopping after each page.

RULES
Keep every page, name, and URL. Keep existing text — move and
restyle only. Preserve Globals, never detach them. No custom
components or code. Theme’s existing colors and fonts. Body lg at
all sizes. Top heading per page is H2, one per page, never add H1.
Keep the main body font size lg throughout all screen sizes.
Never touch CMS. Never publish.

Start with Round 1.

An important command when finished with ANY AI process:

PROMPT:
save all settings and work to elements ai memory in the document

Running Design Prompt on New Website Via Codex

Codex seems to have a better design eye than Claude

Gave me really great ideas :light_bulb:

Very impressed - and looks much better
Claude was utilitarian - just did ok - nothing special

The other advantage of codex is image generation also - could add that to design prompt - clean, simple, appropriate image insertion for content

Draw Back: had to redirect Codex 4 times to simply fix photo banner color alignment and look…

It seems to not be as advanced in the coding MCP tooling…

Looks like you’re getting on well, it’s really fun to play around with this stuff. Keep going!

Hmmm not sure about the length of time this takes - let it come up with design ideas

Then perhaps do it myself…

Let it make the homepage and I’ll do the rest…

A lot faster!

SEO creations are fast and acceptable…

Need to check out @dan quick AI ideas…. :light_bulb:

Much faster to copy and paste to other pages than have ai start from scratch every time…
