I am still trying to decide whether to get foundry or foundation and I see that RealMac is selling it’s foundry tutorials for 40$ while Foundation seems to have theirs on Youtube for free. Amirite?
I think free tutorials would make me lean over to the right side to foundation… unless foundry does the same.
The videos are also broken up into various groups here…
Also every settings is documented inside each stack. When you hover over the settings inside Stacks, I put in explanation and applicable tips to help you out.
Relating to your original topic of whether Foundry has free tutorials or not… Yes is the answer. All of my tutorials are free. You can access them on the Foundry site, as well as on the YouTube channel. This lets you watch them where you’d like to.
The videos that I think you found that are paid are Realmac Software’s tutorial series they did themselves relating to Foundry. As @teefers points out though, @dan also did a nice series recently that is also free, which you can find here:
All of the documentation and tutorial videos are free. Most all of the stacks have a video on their documentation pages. For instance if you want to know about using the Banner stack you can go to the Banner documentation page and you have both written documentation as well as a tutorial video.
Documentation and tutorial videos are very important, and I try to make sure to have a good selection fo both to help you out.
