In Gallery Pro if your caption includes double quotes then this stuffs up the alt text in the HTML as the double quote isn’t encoded as " It would probably increase compatibility to encode other characters, such as accented characters.
Thanks for the bug report. I’ve fixed this and the update is already live on the Elements Store, just check for updates
