Hot on the heels of yesterday’s build, we’re back with v0.7.9! :tada:

This update addresses a few issues introduced by the recent under-the-hood improvements aimed at boosting preview and export performance. Thanks for bearing with us as we continue to refine and optimize Elements!

What’s New in Elements 0.7.9?

  • Fixed numerous issues relating to Preview and Export optimisations.
  • Fixed bug where changing pages failed to update the editor.

Get the Update

Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.

Alternatively, you can always download the latest build of Elements here.

Give Feedback

If you are running a licensed copy of Elements, please post all feedback in the Feedback Forum. You can use the Elements > Send Feedback… menu item to automatically pre-fill the build number into a new topic.

the folder option for the Top page component is not working in this build and the previous one. As was demoed in the weekly update video the top menu default works but when a folder is selected and the link to that “links” folder is selected the component is blank. there are not any menu items for the links like in the demo,

Can you show the folder with the items in it. I’m wondering if you’ve got all the offsite links set to hidden…

I ran into this exact same problem. Is there a reason the links default to HIDDEN when created as I did not set them that way?
