We’ve added the first stage of Marketplace support inside Elements. You can now browse and download all free projects from the Marketplace directly within the Project Window. Just pick a project, and it’ll download and open in Elements, ready to explore or customize.
This is just the beginning. We’re working on deeper integration, including paid projects, component browsing, and more.
We’ve also migrated the recent work we did for publishing in Classic to Elements. While there’s still more work ahead, this marks a major step forward for publishing in Elements, bringing improved stability and laying the groundwork for the future.
Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.
If you are running a licensed copy of Elements, please post all feedback in the Feedback Forum. You can use the Elements > Send Feedback… menu item to automatically pre-fill the build number into a new topic.
@dan@ben Sorry to report that the Turnstile response is still showing up in the emails. I have tested it with two of my sites and both returned the response code. I did republish all files just to be sure.
Sorry @dan, It is working fine, I have now tested it on four of my sites and they all worked. I had been caught out by the bug where a Republish All Files DOES NOT catch the contact page. Once I forced the contact page to be updated everything worked fine.
The problem is solved with this build. But I found another issue @dan@tpbradley. I cannot preview one of my projects in the browser. Pressing on the preview button does nothing.
Just tried other projects and they seem to work. What can prevent the preview to work?
The Sketch opening screen works pretty well. I momentarily got to test out the work spaces feature in their getting started screen when it was in beta and remember that working pretty well too. I use the discover section to stay on top of what is new and use the recent documents area as well.
