Elements 0.9.9 (23643)

Hello again,

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s release, we have a fresh new build!

You can now drag and drop pages into the templates area. Check it out:

What’s New in Elements 0.9.9?

  • You can now drag pages into templates
  • Fixed ordering of items when dragging from editor to templates

You can visit the elementsapp.io website to purchase a license.

Get the Update

Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.

Alternatively, you can always download the latest build of Elements here.

Give Feedback

If you are running a licensed copy of Elements, please post all feedback in the Feedback Forum. You can use the Elements > Send Feedback… menu item to automatically pre-fill the build number into a new topic.

Possible bugs (or I’m missing something ):

  • Buttons not aligning
  • Missing option to add theme at Theme Studio

Oh found how to correctly align the button :face_with_tongue:

haha yeah, use the Margin control (like in CSS). Here’s a link to the manual that explains it along with a video.

I have just loaded the update and I am now getting this after install and relaunch?

@dan how does the button size setting for the trigger-modal work?

i have set a button to a size of 80%. but as soon as i move this button to the trigger-modal, the size is lost.

in the modal trigger itself i have no possibility to set anything.

here a short video

here the link to the project

global or transform does not work in the modal trigger either

trying that crashed Elements, report was sent

Elements stores your publishing password in the system Keychain. Enter your system password and hit the “Always Allow” button.

That will solve it for you.

This looks like a small class issue in the modal component, @ben is going to take a look and get a fix shipped in the next build :crossed_fingers:

Thanks but using beta for over 6 months loads of updates but first time I’ve ever had this. See Dan has also commented below so I’ll wait. Thanks for taking time to reply!

Hey @PMUK,

Nothing to worry about, this is expected behaviour. Occasionally, we update the AWS libraries that handle authentication, and macOS will detect that change and prompt you to grant access to your keychain again.

Just enter your login keychain password, click Always Allow, and you shouldn’t see the message again. That is until we update the libraries again.
