Elements 1.0.8 (23733)

Hello again,

Following on from a trend we started last week, we’re shipping a new build on a Friday!
Hope you’re enjoying these frequent builds, and please save your bug reports until Monday

What’s New in Elements 1.0.8?

  • The editor no longer overlays the toolbar when it’s height is less than 320px
  • Fixed an issue moving items within globals
  • Fixed a problem where moving items within globals might loose their overridden content/properties

Try the Demo

The new trial mode in Elements lets you explore the full app and build up to three pages, giving you a feel for the design workflow and features. While export and publishing are disabled in the trial, everything else is fully functional, so you can see exactly how Elements works before committing.

It’s the best way to experience the speed and simplicity of modern website building with Elements. You can now Download Elements with the new trial mode.

Purchase a License

You can visit the elementsapp.io website to purchase a license.

Get the Update

Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.

Alternatively, you can always download the latest build of Elements here.

Give Feedback

If you are running a licensed copy of Elements, please post all feedback in the Feedback Forum. You can use the Elements > Send Feedback… menu item to automatically pre-fill the build number into a new topic.

Yes, I’m always happy about updates. Some small thing has been improved, a minor bug here and there. That’s great. The quality is very good, so good that I now dare to tackle a professional project. I feel very well looked after; two of the minor issues I reported have been resolved. Thank you very much for that.

I also think that my questions are always taken seriously and I’m always pointed in the right direction, which always opens my eyes. Thank you very much for that too.

So please keep up the update frequency, it’s a good thing.

That has to be said. I’m going to open a beer now and enjoy the evening with my wife and the puppies. (You’ve heard? My first project with Elements was, no, it is, the website for our Curly breed.)
