I’m intrigued by “Importer converts Offsite page.” What exactly is it doing here? Moreover, can this be the foundation of a generalized convert robot? The real issue for those of us with huge sites not on Classic is just the time-consuming process of copying text and images.

Ah no, that imports the “Offsite Page” details from a Classic Project into Elements. It won’t suck in other websites.

We’re currently focusing on fixing bugs and adding other missing core features into Elements, so a “general site importer” is not high on the list right now!

@dan I hate you! :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy: I have just downloaded the update and now I can do in seconds what it used to take me about 20 minutes to do. I am using the new core components to play with and the columns and card in particular. As you always say “it just works” I can guarantee that this is such a time saver. At least I have learned a lot in the past and I am able to spend time more productively now than ever. So THANKS for this update and keep up the good work!

@PMUK Build 1.2.3 was just released and it contains a new Scaffold section with lots of new Templates for you to play with. Enjoy!

Is “Lily The Pink” in the audio component? If not you’ve failed!:joy::joy::joy::joy::joy: you need to be a certain age - old to get this one!:joy:

@dan
Is it possible to fix the following bug in the Text Component?

When I remove a word or all text from the Text Component, then leave the component (for example to change some styling), and later try to add new text to that same Text Component, it doesn’t work—the component won’t let me enter any new text. The only workaround is to delete the entire Text Component and add a new one.

This is a really frustrating bug, especially when creating “tables,” since there are often empty cells that need to be edited.

The same issue also happens with the Button Component when trying to change the text.

Just having a play with Scaffold Section SUGGESTION can you please move “LAYOUT” Section to top of list of core or at least second. Nearly ALL projects start off with a container and I find it harder using this list to find it and its easier to just add one - although no settings and do settings as it seems “hidden” to me near bottom of list in Scaffold. Secondly as we have no bullet points yet I found the “LIST” item useful as I can change SVG’s to whatever I want and make a bullet list or ordered list. (For now) THANKS Keep up the annoying work - oops I mean great work! I can now spend more time playing on things I can’t do yet! :slight_smile:

We have this down as a known issue… we spoke about it again today (due to your report), and @tpbradley suggested it might be an idea to add an “edit” button to help with situations like these…

“Edit” in the right click context menu in the elements tree would be nice. I know I’ve looked for it a couple of times when I have a text component behind something else.
