Publishing Notifications in Elements 1.5.3 seem to have disappeared.
When I publish, I am not being notified.
Mac mini M4 Pro running macOS Tahoe 26.1.
I have all the notifications turned on in settings for the Elements App.
I can confirm no notifications are being shown for me either.
