Elements 3.0.17 is Now Available

Hey Weavers,

RapidWeaver Elements 3.0.17 (24622) is now available :tada:

A quick heads-up: This is the first Elements build produced on macOS 27 Golden Gate. We’re aware of some UI quirks caused by the move, and we’re already working through them. We plan to release another build tomorrow, Friday 18 September, which should tidy up many of these issues.

If you spot anything that doesn’t look or behave quite right, please let us know below. Screenshots and steps to reproduce are especially helpful, and we’ll make sure reported issues are reviewed for tomorrow’s build.

What’s New in Elements 3.0.17?

  • Packs: Automatically re-export pack assets when their source files are newer than the export.
  • Publishing: Ignore index.md when checking for duplicate index files on the server, reducing false warnings.
  • AI Markdown: Replace the file extension instead of appending it, preventing double extensions.
  • Node Browser: Restored children inside tabs.
  • Elements Hosting: Added a link to Elements Hosting on the Add Destination screen.
  • AI Blocks: HTML ID and CSS class settings are now included in generated output for more predictable styling.
  • MCP: Advanced ID and CSS class fields are now available through MCP integrations.
  • Icon Composer: Added a Golden Gate icon.

I liked him

I didn’t.

A bot is only as good as its master! That Claude bloke is really intelligent! Not as good as Elements Bot!

Looks like things just need a little more breathing room.
