How’s Elements 3 beta treating everyone. I haven’t updated mine yet.
In general, I find that it is a great improvement and will make a big difference when finalized.
Of course some of the newer components and enhancements to components are a big attraction as well.
For me, the biggest issue with it is the fact that there are a number of third-party components that don’t work correctly yet. These are not likely to be updated until there is a FINAL version of v3, would be my guess. The problems with these components primarily revolve around the control of opacity.
I forgot to mention that something must have been tweaked with publishing, as it is hellishly fast now.
Without 3rd party components, is it okay? @handshaper
Yes, I find it works great and is allowing me to explore the new features without any major hiccups.
But to be honest, the biggest one of my sites does have some custom components that aren’t working perfectly yet. But I have found simple workarounds for most of them so far.
