Where can I find and download beta 3 ?
Beta 3 was an internal beta not released to the public. Beta 4 is out for the public.
If you go to Elements>Settings in the menu, make sure that on the Updates Tab you have Chech for Beta Updates checked.
You should then be prompted to download Beta updates.
