Elements Charging No Discount

RapidWeaver Elements 1.4.0 (23889)

So I got the email for elements today and I went looking at the pro well the software did an auto increase to the pro without any confirmation… did not give any discount and the new year pricing starts off at full price.

Definitely did you work as one would expect in a subscription service. and o way to report other than placing a post.

Beware looking at the subscriptions in the settings of elements or you will get auto updated and no discounts or future discounts.

So sorry to hear that didn’t work as expected, drop support@realmacsoftware.com with a link to this thread and @differentdan will make sure the 20% off is applied/refunded on whatever plan you’re on.
