Sorry to hear that, but we can definitely get you sorted as we’ve already moved over a bunch of customers fleeing from the Exact hosting debacle. 
First you’d sign up for a hosting plan on our website here https://elementshosting.io/.
After that, we’d set up a free managed Cloudflare account for you as we use Cloudflare as our domain name and DNS provider. Once that’s all set up you’d want to log into your Chillidog/Exact Billing Portal >> Domains section and:

Unlock the domain name so it can be transferred

Request an EPP/AUTH transfer key as we will need that transfer key to start the transfer process.

Order the domain name transfer. You can actually do this at the same time you are ordering your web hosting package per the below screenshot.
