Just a quick post, every Elements Hosting account comes with premium support which includes real-time support sessions over Zoom.
I’ve been scheduling these Zoom sessions on-demand whenever someone has asked. Going forward, I’ve set up a dedicated booking page where community members can schedule a premium support session at their convenience. ![]()

A few things to note:

Premium support sessions cover onboarding and account-specific technical issues for Elements Hosting only. For Elements app usage (e.g., ‘How do I design X in RapidWeaver Elements?’), please use the Community Forum so others can benefit from the answers.

These sessions are for new, existing, and prospective Elements Hosting customers alike. If you have a question about Elements Hosting that requires more in-depth attention than an email, help doc, or YouTube video can provide, these sessions are a great place to get help.

All sessions should be booked at least a day in advance, and if you need to cancel or reschedule the session please do so at least a few hours in advance. Repeated no shows will result in the suspension of your ability to book future sessions.
