What will your support hours be? Weekdays only? I ask because exact hosting is weekdays only. I’m having problems with mx records not propagating and they won’t respond until Monday?
Officially we only work on weekdays (Mon-Fri), but here I am on Saturday evening answering your post. 
There will probably be some limited support over the weekends to take care of anything major. We are still in the Early Testing period so things like this will get worked out as things progress. 
Can you let me know what’s going on with your MX records? If you can give me the domain name I can check to see they are set up correctly and propagating. If you prefer to DM me feel free to and I can take a look.
