Elements isn't launching for me

I just downloaded the program and every time I attempt to launch it crashes. I tried restarting my computer. I’m running MacOS 13.6.7.

We’ve just been looking into this and it turns out this build was built for macOS 14.x — doh!

We’re just running off a new build now that will run on macOS 13.x I’ll post back here when the new build is live… give us 30 minutes!

Try re-downloading Elements from the link we sent when you purchased as this will always give you the latest build…
