Everytime I use CMD-Z Elements quits. And everything in the document is lost even after a regular save.
Ah that is what happened but not all the time. hmm
I’ve not been able to re-create the crash on undo, however we did receive your crash report and that provides us with excellent information on what may have caused the crash 
If you can work out exact steps to reproduce the undo crash that would be really helpful (but not essential).
We’ll dig into this and undo should get more stable in future Betas. Stay tuned!
We’ve just been looking into this and we think the crash occurred when the filter in the page list was active. So something like this:
Add button to page, filter node tree so you can’t see it, cmd+z
If Elements does crash again, please make sure to submit all crash reports as they really help us to fix these little issues 
I don’t think your pages are lost either… you just need to empty the filter bar…

I’ve had two hard crashes on Undo and I’m not using filters.
One was undoing text in a footer and the other was in the theme editor/font section. Report sent for first one.
