That might be a connection issue on your end, as this panel in the Settings has to reach out to the network to get the pricing. I wonder if you were disconnected or have something blocking Elements.
I’ve checked on my build and all appears to be working as expected.
Do you have anything else running on your Mac that might be monitoring or blocking traffic?
Perhaps Little Snitch or similar?
No, only some standard blocking in safari. I use chrome for preview.
