A few times over the last month or so, when I launch my Elements project which uses a number of personal DevPacks, I get a modal displayed which says Missing Add-ons, e.g. :
They aren’t missing as they are all ticked in Settings > Addons and are installed.
If I click Continue, all is OK.
So not a problem as such but thought I should mention it as it is obviously not working as intended.
I should add, that it doesn’t happen every time I open the project.
Might be a timing issue, i.e. the project has loaded before Elements has loaded in all your Dev Packs (remember Dev Packs are not optimised).
If you launch Elements and then open the project do you still get the error?
Yes, seems like it is a timing issue. 
If I launch Elements, count to 5 (doesn’t need to be that long) and then open the project from the start up screen all is OK.
If Elements is closed, and I right click on the Elements dock icon and select the project to open, it happens every time.
