Although your software for building my website was the best I met, your technical support was non existent. Unable to resolve a problem, I had to buy alternative software that does not work so well but does work. Please delete me from your messages, as I have already asked you to do in the past.

If you let me know what email address you used for the support request I can look into it for you and see what happened.

I hope you’ll consider Elements in the future.
I really enjoyed reading it and I think it will be a great addition to my Elements knowledge every week 
I also like the mentioning of other tools which help in the workflow.
Perhaps at times we can also have a look at selected “made with Elements” projects or such?
