The error is:

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

So your SMTP details are likely wrong.

I see you have the port set to 465 but you have the encryption set to TLS. If you are going to use TLS encryption the port should be 587. If you are going to use port 465, the encryption should be SSL.

Also your SMTP Username and From Email address should be the same. Your SMTP username is rjjr@rjjrproductions.com but your From address is admin@rjjrproductions.com. Change that From address to match your SMTP username.

Also make sure your SMTP password is correct.

That worked. Sometimes it takes another set of eyes (preferably not as tired as mine are tonight). I really appreciate it.
