I’m having trouble with text links “setting”. Tried to upload my project file via the cloud account, and either never receive the emailed link; or it arrives after the session timer clock expires.
Is there another way to share my partial project so that I can get help with the text links problem?
After trying multiple times, I did finally get one cloud link within the timeframe, and got in.
Is it possible to extend the time by a few minutes? This is really frustrating. Before the successful one, I suddenly received 2 or 3 of them (representing previous attempts) within just a minute or two - all expired.
Hi Dan, I have tried launching the demo version of Elements several timesover the past 3 nights and every time the link times out and the emails arrive several minutes afterwards. Until this is sorted out I will be sticking with Rapidweaver Classic. This experience is not a good introduction to the new Rapidweaver platform.
Sorry about that — we send all login links through Amazon’s email servers, so they normally arrive right away. It sounds like your email provider might be holding them up briefly.
The good news is we’ve already extended the session window to 15 minutes in the next Elements build, so this should be fully resolved soon. Thanks for your patience!
