Get a link to a YouTube video with the Start At time set. Import this as a Remote Resource into Elements. The resource will ‘View on YouTube’ from the correct time, but adding a Video to the website and using this Remote Resource ignores the Start At and always plays from the start. A bug, or am I missing something?

The Video component doesn’t currently support setting the “start at” time, unfortunately.
I will add this feature request to our tickets and see if we can get it added in the near future
