@Ben is this causing the Form problems?
I’m having problems with the ESSENTIAL>FORMS>Clean Contact Form and other Dan has said this is a problem as all field need different “names” yet this is just dragged in from the pack templates.
Email and message box have same name. TIA
Yes — this is specifically an issue with the email field. A form can only contain one email field. If more than one email field is present, it will trigger an error when the form tries to send the email.

I believe the above issue is still present in the current updates (Elements 2.0.1 (24124) and Essentials V1 (5) ).
But I can confirm that changing “email” in the “name” field of the Input settings to something else (like “message”) does indeed solve the issue and the form sends.
That said, using this form gives me some strange formatting the the email message I receive on my end after sending from the form:

Update: Essentials has just been updated so the “Form: Clean Contact” now sends correctly. You can get the update on the Elements Store now
