Error on ESSENTIALS Forms

@Ben is this causing the Form problems?

I’m having problems with the ESSENTIAL>FORMS>Clean Contact Form and other Dan has said this is a problem as all field need different “names” yet this is just dragged in from the pack templates.

Email and message box have same name. TIA

Yes — this is specifically an issue with the email field. A form can only contain one email field. If more than one email field is present, it will trigger an error when the form tries to send the email.
