I encountered the below error, and Elements crashed when duplicating an accordian object in a flex object

Notice : file_get_contents(): Read of 8384 bytes failed with errno=21 Is a directory in /Applications/RapidWeaver Elements.app/Contents/Resources/RWWebServerLaunch.php on line 187
