On top you have a view bar from iPhone to full screen what do have clicked on at moment to get this?

Sorry not at my computer to do a screen shot. If you look along the top bar just below where you click to go to web viewer you ill see 4 little icons, one for iPhone/ipad/ Computer etc. you can click on each view and do breakpoints for each device as Elements is really a phone design scale up programme. If you look I thing you will find your on phone view, if you click on computer view it should fill whole page.
