Any Chillidog customers had any luck dealing with Exact Hosting which has taken over their customers?
I’ve raised a support ticket, had responses to create an account from Tucows and Exact, can’t find any info on how to move from Chillidog to Exact, followed the suggestion to email them direct and got the attached response. (It doesn’t contain a virus).
If I try and create an Exact account it tells me I have to buy a product first.
My ‘customer journey’ has ended up in a ditch.
If anyone from Exact is on this forum - and I’d hope they were - I’d like some simple instructions as to how I can get this sorted.
I’m not impressed at all. We hosted with Chillidog for many years, and also had an ongoing affiliate arrangement with them, but I’m now getting zero replies and zero payouts, so I’m assuming that chapter has closed!
On the plus side, I’ve found a much better hosting company to move to…
