Failing to set up the form correctly

I am failing to set up the form correctly (more complicated than Classic). This is what I have (password removed):

I’ve also change the page filename to index.php. Should I change the whole site to php? What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Paulss

It’s probably because you are trying to use GMAIL. Usually you have to use an email address that’s attached to your domain name, like contact@example.com or something like that.

You could try GMAIL, but you’d need to use an App Specific Password as your regular email password wouldn’t work.
