Fixed background with all else moving over it

How I managed to set up a Fixed Background and all the other elements scrolling up over it.

1. I set an Image straight on the page as per screenshot 1 and filled with the picture I wanted.
   

   

2. Next, I set the settings for this Image as per the following two screenshots:
   

   
   
   
   
   
   Both figures of the Aspect Ratio will need changing to cause the image to fill the whole page.

3. Finally, I darkened the Image using the Image Filters settings to set the Brightness to the dark level I wanted for lighter coloured text flowing over it.
