fleXon Design Library Update Version 1.4

Dear Elements Weavers,

I have just completed the third update of fleXon design library in October. We now have 121 segments available compared to the 70 sections we started mid of August. More than 50 additional sections within 10 weeks, awesome.

This time I developed some segments I used also in the Studio template. Studio is purely developed out of sections available in the fleXon design library. Have a look at Studio and you see what’s possible with fleXon.

The focus this time was pretty much on Shopping and Blogging. There are now designs available to create a complete blog- or shopping system. Former Alloy users will recognise the Blog layouts, as the Flexon layouts 1 to 6 are heavily inspired by the Alloy Layouts 1 to 6. This makes it easier for Alloy users to convert their originally used layouts to Elements. As I’m also a blogger, you can expect much more in this area.

I also spent some time on a more boring topic: legal pages. While nobody wants to create them, everyone needs them. So, here are two layouts to help you create your own legal pages.

I was thinking about creating some sort of layout library for myself, but given the amount of time I don’t have (with a baby at home and a not-webdesign-related work in real life and all) … I purchased as well.

Great place to start building a website. Can’t wait to see more. Danke :slight_smile:

I noticed in your example project though that the dropdown is not visible and hides behind the hero image.

There was a bug in some of the menu bars. I changed it in fleXon but forgot to renew the menu bar in the example file. Will do it with the next update.

If you have any wishes or ideas for what you’d like to see in fleXon, please let me know. I’ll do my best to make them a reality. I’ve always offered this to all my customers, and some sections are even based on user suggestions.
